Board Members

All residents of Weatherly are members of the Weatherly Residential Association (WRA). The Association is governed by a set of Protective Covenants and directed by a homeowner-elected Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the administration and oversight of the Association’s affairs. This includes the establishment of annual budgets and membership dues, enforcement of architectural guidelines and covenant compliance, and the management of contracts for essential services such as landscaping and professional community management.
